This home is located in the Bell Farms subdivision which is a new safe and beautiful neighborhood that will make you feel right at home. The Wander Inn can sleep 7 guests with its mix of king queen and twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV for guests entertainment and the backyard with its perfect grass will make your evenings enjoyable and relaxing.
All three bedrooms feature the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor. In addition all of the three rooms have their own TV's to enjoy your favorite show or movie. n nThe living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area also has a 55 Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops. n nThe kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Granite counter tops new and modern appliances and an island with bar stool seating will make sure you feel right at home. n nThe dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view out the large back windows. n nThe bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms. n nThe backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and also has a propane grill if you enjoy cooking or entertaining outside. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. Guests are welcome to use the garage. n nThis property is pet-friendly but we do ask that you let us know if your furry friends are coming. If you do plan on bringing pets please keep them off of furniture and off of our linens. If your dog sheds and/or damages anything we will require an additional cleaning fee or for any damage to be paid for.
All areas of the house are available to guests.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. The Wander Inn is located in the new Bells Farms Subdivision in South Lubbock. It is located just southeast of University and 130th St. This neighborhood is new, nice, and safe for guests. Please let us know if you have any questions.
